Why Use Advocates?
A better question is… why wouldn’t you ? The de facto representation incidental to a sale or purchase imparts no value. The traditional transaction involves parties with a goal to buy/sell who are stuck with the realtors that come with deal. A buyer can do so much better for themselves by retaining an Advocate who offers that professional attention to what agents “can’t, won’t and don’t” do. Advocates are better trained and educated sufficiently to enrich the transaction by saving clients state and county taxes, by contributing to the clients’ closing costs and by ensuring the clients’ and the prospective buyers’ ability to perform.
These methods are advanced and should not be tried at home without the advice of an Advocate.
